Welcome to Paris!
If you’re coming to Paris, you’re going to have quite a few questions. How does the métro work? Where can I go out tonight? What are the best neighborhoods to visit? Who are those people with clipboards asking me for money outside of the Louvre? Where can I find a decent meal? Why does the coffee come in such small cups?
It can seem overbearing.
Fear not, if you’d like to schedule a welcome tour to break the Parisian ice and to get a local’s view of life in the City of Light, I propose a 2 hour trek through the streets of Paris to help get your feet wet. We’ll cover the métro, local customs, neighborhoods, attractions, history, and of course the best places to eat and drink. In 2 hours you’ll know the essentials to navigating my favorite city in the world.
Whether you’re by yourself or bringing the family along for their first time in Paris, my goal is to make sure your trip starts off as smoothly as possible to maximize your time here. I’ll customize the tour according to your tastes and expectations. If you want to see the big sites along the banks of the river or if you’re more interested in the hidden side of Paris, I’ll take you there.
Send me an email and let me know when you’d want me to lead a tour. I’ll tailor a walk to your preferences and answer any questions you have before your arrival. A bientôt!
